I think these will bend easily. Be careful when storing them. I think I will keep them in a jar with desiccant packets added.

Oops! I actually ordered the wrong item. Thought I had ordered the 2" diameter cutter. Will find a use for these anyway. Always like to find new tools for specialty food preparation!

Used for petit fours and it made it more uniform.

It was smaller then what I thought. Ended up using something else to make petit fours with. However, I will probably use this good quality cutter for something else done the line. Seller offered excellent merchandise, fast shipping, and is highly recommendable.

I have made petit fours by hand for over 10 years. Usually I mark the cake with a ruler and a knife and try in vain to make perfectly square petit fours. I ordered this in hopes of saving time and frustration. Not quite. I did successfully make 5 dozen petit fours, but with trouble. I used a oven mitt to press on the top of the cutter to save my hand. But after 2 petit fours cut, I noticed they weren't square.the overlapping seem to make the 4th corner isn't soddered/welded near the edge, so the overlapping pieces of metal separate and end up cutting off a corner so cake gets stuffed in there, spreading the edges further apart. I had to adjust the cutter after every cut. I will look for a different square cutter.

This works great and is worth every penny and then some! It's sharp but not too sharp on one end and makes cutting through cake a breeze!

excellent size. Hurts the palm after a while to use even though the top edge is blunted so don't do too many at a time or wear a glove. I might apply a layer of hot glue around the edge next time to give some cushioning. Excellent price.

I was a bit shocked when I got it. I didn't realize how small this thing was and I cant even cut with it because it is not worth of doing petit four soooo small.....realistically I don't know why anyone would want such a small thing. It would take sooo much work to make your petit four....anyway I would not recommend it, sides measure 2 sm X 2 sm.....do the math

I have not used this yet but the quality of the product is good. Not flismsy like some cutters.
