Wow
They work great. They only last a few hours but I was outside in 32 degree weather.

Clip breaks easily
Clips broke at first use and could not be flipped back and forth. Makes it a one-time item. And it gets warm but not as warm as I would have expected. Not worth the money

Small bit mighty
These are so cute! I leave them in my purse for cold weather or cramps and they've been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. They take some coaxing the first couple uses. You have to flex the discs several times when they are new. But they've gotten to the point they work almost immediately now.I will say, I reset one once and accidentally left it to boil for too long. It melted to the bottom of my pot and I had to throw the pot and the warmer away but that was user error. DONT OVERBOIL IT! Lol

These are so cute. They came exactly as described. They stay warm for some time. I really like these.

Gets really hot
They are ok not very big and they get really hot. Good for a small area but I’d be careful on direct skin contact

Warmth lasts about 10-12 minutes
The packs were covered in a gritty substance. After washing, one click did not activate them. I read you have to click them back and forth the activate. They were warm and soft for about 5-10 mins, then started to firm up and cool down. By 15 mins they are almost cool, barely warm. They are completely cool by 20 mins. May work well to hold on your eye for a stye, but doesn’t stay warm enough for other uses.

Heat buttons would not click/activate
Click disc on three of the four pads would not click to activate heat reaction. I probably tried an hour. On the one that did work, the heat lasted perhaps 20 minutes. I used on my shoulder for targeted heat. Think it would still be comforting for longer in pocket on chilly day.In trying to return, Amazon is giving me very distant ups locations to drop off package. I live on island and there is one two miles away. I do not know if choosing one in Anacortes, wa... if I can actually drop off locally. Will try, but spent a lot of time so far on this and will start over and try again. That dufus help thing was of no help.I still want a set of these, but not from these people. Don't they test their products?
