Works as it should . Not as good as original resmed. But for the price it's fine. Major difference is smoothness of rotation . Other then that . Works fine.save money

This replacement fit my swift headgear just fine - - and at a fraction of the price!! No issues with after a month of use!!

Cheaply made and falls apart
Bought this to replace tubing to the headgear that my son’s dog chewed on and too early for replacement through insurance. I will never purchase this again if the need arises. I kept wondering why I was hearing so much air escaping only to discover that the tubing completely “cracked, came apart” at one of the accordion inseams right at the connector hose that connects to the heated inline tubing for the Cpap machine.This is cheaply made plastic that is not pliable enough to bend despite the accordion type grooves. Don’t waste your money on this. I’ve only gotten a couple weeks of use from this.

This tube insert was too large for the swift x nasal pillow.
UPDATED REVIEW: The cost of the tube was refunded by the company without my having to ask for it.That raises my rating by a few stars.The tube insert was too large. Was unable to attach and several attempts stretched out the pillow.Customer service response: The elbow of our short tube is a bit larger than the originals for better stability. It may take a bit of strength to install the short tube onto the pillow, but it works well after installation.No amount of strength would make it work. I am very unhappy with purchase.

Doesn't swivel well and pieces easily disconnect
I've been using this since 1/12/22. I figured this was worth a try since it was so much cheaper than oem. It seemed ok at first. The swivel had a bit of a catch in it without anything attached but it wasn't too bad. Unfortunately it has gotten worse once the pillow was attached and over time to the point where the swivel jams. I'm sometimes readjusting it in the middle of the night. I've checked to make sure the pillow is attached correctly.The individual pieces of the tube don't fit as well as they could. They come apart easier than the oem part. They have separated on more than one occasion when rolling over.It is ok given how much cheaper it is than the original. I've gotten more frustrated with it over time though.
