Once i spray brown out on stains, do i simply let it dry or do i need to use a carpet cleaning machine?

I tried to get jute backing bleed-through removed on a wool rug. Used sponge, soft-bristle brush to only wet top of rug. Tried 3 different strength dilutions, with only minimal effect. Six attempts. Let it dry on 3 of them.

Can this actually remove car carpet browning?

I found this product helped a week or so the all the same spots came through again. I’ve tried it multiple times and various concentrations without much success.

Will this help remove bleach staining?

I am sorry, but no. Bleach does not stain; it bleaches (removes the color) permanently. The damage it does is permanent. I wish I could tell you I had the answer, but nothing is going to put that color back short of re-dying the fabric/carpet.
