Great cast iron and very well made we will enjoy these the quality is great and easy to clean I would reccomend these to anyone. Season them the Dutch ones were seasoned a bit but these weren't but not a deal breaker for the price and still good quality very affordable and a great investment. They are really easily to cook on and didnt leave a large amount of rust after wash !!! Not fummy taste or smells wete detected and they appeared very neat and clean on arrival thats a plus

Having two different sizes of pan makes this super convenient. Comes pre seasoned, ready to use. If you take care of it, it is rust resistant for months between uses. I have one in my kitchen and one in my camper. Heats evenly and is easy to use. Because it is cast iron, it is kind of heavy, but that's what makes it strong. It doubles as a Dutch oven. The lid is about 1.5 inches deep and the bottom is 3.5 inches deep. The seal between the two halves is good enough to hold in steam if used for baking bread. Love my cast iron.

What a great set! I'm jealous that my precious niece gets to own such a beautifully crafted pair. I wanted her to have a fryer/dutch oven plus a 10" shallow skillet like the ones that I have owned and used for decades. Unlike my ancient trusty gear, though, hers are milled to fit top/bottom perfectly so they will work just as well for sourdough bread as for a good pot roast. She wanted a smaller set: single person, studio apartment. Learnt cooking from her late mom, though. This set is perfect for her needs.

I like this pan a lot, I use it for bread and everyday cooking. I have used cast iron for 40+ years. The seasoning from the factory is light, most likely 1 coat to prevent rust. The surface texture needed some work. I am used to other brands that are straight cast, this was a little rougher. It had small bumps that protruded enough to prevent a spatula from easy crossing the surface, not a huge deal, 10-15 minutes of power sanding and it was perfect. With the sanding, it needed reseasoned anyway. I purchased this for less than $30, 2in1 pan, it is a good deal, it just needs a little love to be your goto pan.

These are great. Dual use of the cover. I use it to bake my tortilla and to fry my eggs.

On sale this is worth it. Half the price compared to Lodge set. Yes it may be a bit more rough like sand paper, but overall I am impressed with the casting. No defects and it is very solid and heavy. I seasoned mine 2x before 1st use. This sealed the iron and also made it more smooth & nonstick. I have Cast iron from multiple name brands and this seems to work just fine. Definitely Season it a couple times before use and it should be good to go. I feel people think preseasoned means its good to go, but in my experience season all cast iron first so you aren't disappointed with sticking food, and rusting due to scouring and soaking. -season -heat up before adding food - don't soak in sink - clean and reapply light oil

Son muy bonitas las ollas. Es todo lo que esperaba. Son algo pesadas pero se sienten de buena calidad. Recomiendo googlear cómo limpiar y dar mantenimiento a este tipo de ollas.
