Bought for my husband’s nasty pods. Once he finally used this, he completely understood why I was so grossed out by them. Highly recommend for cleaning ear pods and similar electronics!

Worked excellent until I got over excited and pressed the putty too hard into the mesh. Now I have some that went into the mesh that I can’t get out. Hasn’t affected sound quality.

I was having an issue where I couldn't hear anything on my iPhone. I thought there was a bigger issue until I went to the Apple Store and they cleaned the earpiece using a similar product. I ended up purchasing my own, and regularly use them to clean our phones, airpods, and other head phones. If you notice any of these products having audio issues, try something like this. You don't want to blow or often scrape buildup as it can push it further 'in'. Takes just minutes to clean devices with this product.

I’m not going to include before and after pictures because… gross, but this stuff works! Like seriously works. You won’t regret your purchase.I bought it to clean my oldest AirPods (which visibly needed it), but I was surprised to see how much junk I pulled out of my newest pair. I’ve now gone on to clean the ports and switches on my phone, my car seat-warmer switches, and the buttons on my remote controls.Added bonus: I’d stop taking calls with my oldest AirPods because people couldn’t hear me. I thought it was the device itself. Turns out, I just needed to clean the microphone on them (which didn’t even appear to be dirty).

Tried to clean ear wax from air pods but this putty doesn’t pick it up. It does work well for loose dust and other loose debris.

I literally suffered with barely being able to hear on my phone for months because I thought it was water damage. But I used this putty today to clean out the ear speaker at the top of my phone and the little holes at the bottom of the phone for that speaker. And OMG!!!! The sound is back to normal. That much dirt accumulated in those holes to muffle the sound so bad!!! I’m so happy I didn’t waste money on buying a new phone. Now to clean the AirPods…..

Use this on my AirPod third generation to clean out a little bit of wax and dirt. The wax was cool and dry as the box recommended, but the new screens on the newer AirPods are so fine that the putty cannot help but get stuck in the grill I tried everything you can think of to get the little pieces of putty out of the grill. I eventually had to just call it quits and buy a replacement through Apple for about $110. I’m sure those putty works wonders on older models that aren’t as intricately designed, but for newer models with those tiny screens, this product is an absolute disaster would not recommend.P.S. no such thing as reimbursement so buy at your own risk

This works- but it is pretty sticky. You have to make sure you pull it off in one piece.
