This is a lovely locket! I was able to select the photos and center each photo in its frame. And I was grateful to be able to have my personal message engraved on the back of the locket. The picturesongold.com staff made the photos in the locket and my engraved message perfectly, just as I had designed them! The locket was created and delivered it within 48 hours, as promised - impressive. My goddaughter said, “I am in LOVE with my new locket!!! I was blown away at how quickly I received my locket. And it’s not lower quality just because it was fast. The recipient will probably cry, so thank you very much! One word to future buyers - be sure and read the size of it. It’s pretty small and dainty. That’s okay with me though.

Terrible quality! The item looks nothing like what was advertised. The locket and the chain look like something out of the Dollar Tree or a Beauty Supply store. The "gold " is not anything close to real. Also, the supposedly permanent laser picture is of low quality and fell out as soon as I opened the locket. This item does not look at all like what was advertised and is certainly not worth $79.00. No wonder they don't offer returns or refunds. The sellers ought to be ashamed of themselves.

My dad recently passed away. I ordered this for my mom. It came very fast, in fact she was able to wear it to his funeral. It is so beautiful. She cried she loved it so much. She wears it all the time now. It means a lot to her. It is very nicely made. A good price, good quality. The locket when closed is a good thickness. Nice size. Over all wonderful. If I had one complaint it would be the chain isn’t very long at all and I wish it were nicer but I am going to try to order a replacement. I thought the chain would be nicer from The pictures it showed but it’s a thin small chain. Other than that it arrived so soon and was so nice. My mom loves it.

I got this as a gift for my cousin with a picture of her and her mother, her mother recently passed away. I was a little disappointed with how light weight the heart and chain are. My cousin has a new baby and if she gets her sweet little hands on it and gives it a good pull I’m concerned that it would probably break it. That being said, it is a beautiful necklace, the picture turned out great. I was extremely happy with how the picture turned out! I can not empathize that enough! There are some things that are different from the picture’s advertising it on here that I feel I should mention incase it’s a deal breaker for some: The writing on the front of it is different than pictures. Every word on the necklace starts with a capital letter. It is still written in cursive. I would prefer it with the writing like it’s pictured but it’s still beautiful. The inside of the necklace where there isn’t a picture on the of the left side of the heart is light blue instead of silver. I don’t know, it just looks out of place or cheap or like maybe they forgot to fill in it or something. If it wasn’t for the fact that I knew it will mean so much to her I would probably send it back and look somewhere else for a similar necklace. But she lives across the country and I don’t want to take the chance of not getting another necklace to her in time for Christmas. Some of these things may not be an issue for some which is great, but I like to get what’s advertised. I saw the picture and that’s what I wanted to buy. Like I said it’s still a beautiful necklace, and all of those small things might not matter to anyone else but I wouldn’t feel right not pointing them out and leaving a 5 star review when what I got isn’t really the same necklace as what is pictured.

It's super cute! 3 stars are due to the picture. My husband added 1 picture of myself and my dad and it showed the preview of how the pendant would be as me on one side and my dad on one side of the pendant. It came with a very squeezed picture of it all on only one side. I couldn't wear it long as the chain was not real gold and my skin started breaking out and getting itchy (that is my husband's fault, he always forgets why I don't wear much jewelry) but overall I do love the necklace, its sentimental to me to have a pendant with my late dad in it. The chain length is a great size and quality is good.

I bought this beautiful golden locket for myself for Christmas and inside are pictures of me with my Aunt and Uncle. I cried when it arrived in the mail and I opened it. It’s exactly what I wanted and it fit on my Cuban link chain which was another huge plus. I would highly recommend buying this to keep your loved ones close to your heart always!! The extra $25 I paid per picture was definitely worth it. It’s so incredibly beautiful, I’m blown away!! 🖤
