Was a gift for a friend, perfect size

Was trying to give this as a present to my ex… yeah <—— you read that right for her birthday which she refers to as “just another day.” It’s on Wednesday. Problem is she can’t even hang the you are loved one up one side has only one hangy hook thingy. So now I have to go buy some before I can even give it to her. It didn’t just fall out either. The company shipped it to Amazon to fulfill without there ever being a hook in that board. I would’ve gave it 5 stars if that hook was actually attached. Appearance is great and so is the quality. That was the only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars.
