Orange crush.
Very expensive, and not enough actual dried fruit - way too much dust. The big is large, but the taste is just "OK".

For everyone who desire for nutrition from whole foods
I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Mandarin Freeze Dried Whole, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of this product. The brand, which I won't mention by name, has certainly done an excellent job in creating a product that is 100% natural and vegan, without any GMOs, sugar, or additives. a True 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 productUpon opening the packaging, I was immediately struck by the vibrant orange colour of the mandarin slices. The aroma was also quite strong, with a refreshing and zesty scent that immediately made my mouth water. The texture of the mandarin slices was unique, as they were freeze-dried, which gave them a light and airy texture. The slices were also whole, which made them perfect for snacking or for adding to salads or other dishes. When it comes to taste, these mandarin slices did not disappoint. They were incredibly flavourful, with a strong citrus taste that was both sweet and tart. I also appreciated that there was no added sugar, as this made the mandarins taste all the more natural and authentic.Overall, I would highly recommend the Mandarin Freeze Dried Whole to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious snack. The brand has certainly done an excellent job in creating a product that is both high-quality and affordable, and I can't wait to try out more of their offerings in the future.

Not for me
These weren't for me, almost like an orange crisp, really odd flavour

Marvellous manderin
I really like dried fruit so I was interested in trying them, as I have never had freeze dried before. My first impression was unfortunately, not positive due to a major gripe I have with the packaging. The fruit itself is inside a nice paper resealable pouch, more than enough to keep the dried fruit in good condition. Yet the paper pouches were individually wrapped in plastic ziplock bags. I don't know if the seller or Amazon packaged it this way, but putting a sustainable paper pouch inside a plastic wrap seems counterintuitive!Onto the fruit itself, these mandarin chunks are very very good. The taste is genuinely fantastic, incredibly sweet and juicy, a real zingy flavour which is giving me a real buzz eating them! The quality here is excellent and the freeze dry maintains both the original moisture of the fresh fruit but with the crunchiness of baked fruits. For this, this is a fantastic combination and I absolutely love both the taste and the texture. This range of freeze dried fruits is very expensive for how much you get. I expect this is because the freeze dried variety is more expensive to produce and more niche in the market. I don't feel this is a price that makes this something to buy regularly, however I do think these would be a really great gift for someone with a sweet tooth as these have genuinely first rate taste.I would definitely recommend giving this range of fruits a go as a special gift to someone (or to yourself) but hopefully they won't package them with so much plastic in future.

Just the right amount of sweetness and nice and crispy!
Oh I liked these! Unlike normal dried fruits which are more chewy and hard (I don't have the teeth for hard chews) freeze dried are more crumbly and crispy. They can often have an odd taste when you first have them, until your saliva does it's magic and the full flavour bursts out.Sometimes Mandarins, even fresh can be more tart than sweet, but these had just the right amount of sweetness. Fortunately I'm not calorie counting so I don't have to restrain myself with these, especially as my blood glucose is well under control, so I enjoy a few after a high protein meal without worrying. Also great for adding to yogurts, porridge and ice cream either whole chopped or crumbled. Same with desserts, they really are lush. I wouldn't actually waste them in a smoothie as you probably won't be able to taste them properly, and there are easier ways to add extra vitamins or sweetness there. They came in a well sealed bag (recyclable) - although could do without the extra plastic bag it was in, that was a bit of a waste. Good expiry date too, and very few broken pieces.I'll be buying more of these when I have finished the bag as these are now a favourite.

They taste good, just a little expensive
They taste good but I would recommend putting them in an airtight container or bag once you open them.I opened the bag around a month ago and they are no longer as crispy so I don't think the bag is 100% airtight.I like that there are no other ingredients, it's 100% mandarin.Personally I think £19.99 for a 100g bag is quite expensive but you can use them for lots of things such as in cereal or a healthy snack or mixed in with the filling inside a cake. The bag says its term of validity(best before?) is april 2025 so they last a while which is good.Overall I think they taste great and I would highly recommend them.

Wow... Set the taste buds dancing
I won't repeat what other reviews have said as they've pretty much said it all. These are amazing.Pop one in your mouth and experience the delicate crispness of the outer shell as it immediately dissolves into a fiesta of flavour that dances on your tongue. It's a real flavour experience.Impress your friends or family at dinner by drizzling melted chocolate on them and serve them as a surprise dessert. They can be used to add flavour chopped up in cookies or yogurt dessert or to decorate cheesecakes or just eaten as a snack. There's no added sugar. The sweetness comes from the natural fructose of the fruit. They may seem high in calories at 352 calories per 100gms but 100gms is a lot of orange pieces because these are light as a feather. They may seem expensive but you get a big bag of these and there's a lot in.Don't mistake them for dried fruit these are completely different. Freeze dried removes the water but leaves everything else including the flavour.Delicious
