I bought this for a gift for my daughter she absolutely loved it.

Nice design. The backflow cones and the incense holder operate as designed and it’s very relaxing to watch. There were more than enough backflow cones provided with the burner. The small incense sticks are very brittle and break easily. There is also a black residue left on the incense burner after each use. The residue runs down the burner and takes a bit of work to remove. When I noticed the residue I immediately washed the holder with Dawn which after several attempts removed most of the residue but the scent of the residue is not pleasant and remains in your hands. I now use rubber gloves to wash the burner to keep the scent off my hands. I’ll also use the less often than. I would not give this as a gift unless the recipient is familiar with this type of incense burner and the whole black residue issue.

When the incense fountain works, it’s absolutely beautiful. If the AC kicks on, even though the vent is on the other side of the room, the smoke goes everywhere. Make sure you clean it after each burn because it builds up really quick. I put two rings that I used to make jewelry underneath the incense cone because I read a washer can help conduct the heat so that the backflow is pulled down better. I noticed the backflow is thicker and works more often when I have it there.

1. The cones all come in one bag some were broken! (Different scents should be packaged separately) 2. Incense sticks are microscopic and break easily (some came broken) 3. See pics Re: above description. 4. The cone and the stick only last 9 minutes. 5. The cone leaves nasty sticky soot, on the top and in the hole it sits on, and the first petal it falls on, but if you clean after each use should be easy. (Last pic is after cleaning) 6. The stick falls in the hole where it sits lost forever (couldn’t find the remnants) Not impressed with what it comes with, the cones burn dirty, scent smells burned. Cleanup is messy and smelly, very sticky. There is ONLY ONE nice thing about the cones (when they burn the waterfall looks nice) but the smell and after cleanup are not worth what you hv to clean to get that.

Beautiful and relaxing design. The ceramic quality feels great, and the backflow smoke effect looks amazing. Perfect decoration for creating a calm atmosphere.

My item arrived in pristine condition, carefully packed AND 2 days early. I love moon and celestial everything so I liked the design of this. You have to find an area in your home with no draft. Even if you think there’s no draft- you may be surprised! I was thrilled with the way this was packaged and the generous accessories that came with this- I wasn’t even expecting the small incense sticks. I have to agree with other reviewers- this wasn’t the best scented incense but it’s so visually appealing that - who cares?? Expertly designed- soothing to watch and beautiful color choice too. Even after using it’s not going to look dirty. Don’t hesitate. You’ll be very happy with this.
