Roman Ultra® Clear Strippable Wallpaper Adhesive, PRO-880 (5 Gallons - 1,650 sq. ft.)

I'm a materials artist who was looking for an adhesive that I could use on small-scale collage! This clear wallpaper adhesive by Roman Ultra worked incredibly for this! The large quantity makes it feel valuable for small scale projects, and it goes very far. It soaks into certain papers so well, allowing me to move them into position easily. 10/10.

This worked perfectly. It’s the perfect texture paste which doesn’t run, making it easy to apply. It also doesn’t dry too quickly, giving you time to apply and readjust. I used a brush, applied it to the wall, (length and width of one strip of wallpaper) and then laid the wallpaper. Even when I had to made adjustments, it was fine. If it dries slightly from You maneuvering the wallpaper, you can lift the paper and reapply some adhesive.

This wallpaper paste was fantastic. I wanted to add a border to my dining room but didn’t want to fuss with mixing up a whole bunch of paste to do the job. This container had way more than enough to do the job, but also had a lid that was easy to put back on to seal it back up for another use. It was easy to apply with a mini paint roller and easy to wipe up excess paste (I always put on too much because I don’t want the paper coming unglued.) I would highly recommend this product for convenience, ease of use and affordability. (I’m even eyeing more wallpaper for another room because it was so easy to use.)

Works well on my super thick wallpaper. Quite thick but not gloopy, and can reposition the paper easily, which I needed as I was wallpapering the inside of a bookcase.

Used this in my bathroom for my wallpaper. It works well I have to go over the wall paper several times to smooth it out and make sure it actually sticks some places I seen it lifting just a tad bit. It’s a bit messy but really easy to use. It dries fast which is great and holds strong once dried I was a bit concerned about the bathroom humidity but it’s been holding. It’s a great price for the amount of ounces that it cane in. I did my whole bathroom wall with some left over which is great.

Love this wallpaper adhesive. Used it for a wallpaper and wooden nameplates on the wall. Also helped when my led lights started to fall from the ceiling. Works really well!

If I could give it 10 stars I would. So easy, it's waaaay easier than peel and stick, don't know why I always thought hanging wallpaper with paste was so hard. You can make adjustments without fighting it or getting a mess everywhere, whereas peel and stick is so freakin sticky it sticks on itself while you're readjusting. This doesn't and I'm a big fan.

Consistent quality, spreads easily, nice thickness, proper adhesion

I used a dollar store sponge roller to spread on wall and install wall cloth sticker. The strength of the glue is perfectly matched to hold the sticker OR peel off the sticker. No damage was noticed.

Très bonne colle. Permet de coller la tapisserie et de la retirer sans dégâts. Il ne suffit que d’ajouter encore de la colle. Ce qui permet de reprendre une lèse si elle n’est pas parfaitement alignée. Je n’avais qu’un mur à faire et j’ai pris le petit format. Il me reste un peu moins que la moitié du pot encore. Donc ça n’en prend pas tant que ça

This product is expensive for the size of the tub. I wasn't happy, yet changed my mind after the project was done.Yet it did an excellent job. You do not need to mix anything, use it straight out of the tub with a brush on your wall. Does not leave marks. Not messy. Easy to use. Just take off the lid. And you're good to go. My wallpaper job looks really really great. A little goes a long way. When you buy look at how much coverage the product gives, you might need an extra tub. None of the product dripped on the floor and only lands where you intend it to go and where supposed to. It's a gel. This adhesive is very good quality. I would say you will be pleased with your results.

I purchased wallpaper that just wasn't sticking to my textured wall. I wanted to save it because I loved the design so I carefully peeled off and reapplied with this glue behind and it is perfect now! Amazing and super easy. The glue is so thick it won't drip everywhere so I just used a painting brush. The next time I apply wallpaper I will just use this behind to be safe.
