Mixture of calcium and baking soda with no sugar added, a good combination. Use two scoops and plenty of water takes care of the problem.Most antacids add sugar which increases acid and adds to your problem, not this.Too much acid can cause gas and bloating this will take care of the problem if you take enough of it

Packaging is poor.
Came dented despite a metal canister. Shipping it in a box is better than a envelope especially considering that in the U.S. the employees can be very abusive to the packages (I knew someone that worked in sorting at UPS, but it bad at Amazon and USPS as well).The medicine itself is the best for gas and acid reflux that I have tried so far. Highly recommended.

A product that really helps
