I have experimented with GABA supplements from several manufacturers over the years, and I finally gave up because they never did much for me. Then I recently read that Thorne produces their GABA in such a way that allows it to cross the blood/brain barrier more effectively. So I tried it and all I can say is: WOW! What a difference! It doesn't hit you all of a sudden, like many benzos, but it gently creeps up on you S L O W L Y, and you can feel yourself becoming more and more chill. Just great for sleep. My only two (minor) complaints are: 1. It did produce a little heartburn, which can easily be managed with OTC medications; and 2. I do have a bit of a hangover the next morning. Makes it kind of hard to get up with the alarm. But given how well I've slept, I don't mind much. Highly recommend. This is the Real Deal.

Pricey--but the best in ingredients and overall care and quality.

This is a very great product and i can sleep way better when taking 1 pill before the bad. The quality of my sleet is also increased, i don`t wake up in the middle of the night anymore.
