Calms down my frizz

This shampoo doesn't rinse off, no matter how long I rinse. It leaves my hair, skin and hands so slimy that I have to use soap everywhere after using it. The slime even builds up on my shower and glass! I tried it with the matching conditioner, and oddly, neither of these products did anything at all to help with my frizz or help tame my waves, or give me a smoother blowout if I choose to do that. It's labeled as an intense smoother for unruly hair, so that's surprising. The residue is a dirt magnet, too. I've tried countless high-end shampoos over the years, and this is one of the very worst.
