Reliable and easy. Recommended by HOC delivery person.
Very accurate, portable, easy to read. This one was recommended by the man who delivered and set up my HOC (home oxygen concentrator). My cat had been playing with my tubing as I dragged it along, and he had bitten tiny holes in my tubing so that I wasn’t getting the proper number of liters set on my HOC. I bought one right away. In addition, to protect my tubing, I bought a hard plastic outer tubing that has a slit in it. You insert the tubing into the plastic protector and tubing is safe from kitty; plus no issues with walker running over tubing or stepping on tubing, etc. Kitty soon got bored because he couldn’t bite through the protective tubing. I highly recommend this flow meter!

This item is just as described . Clear tube with very clear & readable numbers. Exactly what in needed . When I ordered this I thought it was a bit pricey , but after I received it I knew I was wrong worth every penny .

Seems to be accurate enough
I have two of these gauges. They do agree with each other. They also show the same reading that’s shown by the flow meter on the oxygen concentrator. I use the gauge to make sure that the oxygen is flow rate as delivered at the CPAP intake is what the doctor ordered.

A Great tool and good price
I use the last 2 inches of an old cannula for an adapter to measure air flow, so you can use as an online airflow monitor. Well made

Slick and Handy O2 Flow checking device.
If you are curious or feel you just want to be sure you getting the right O2 flow to your cannula this pen does the trick. I put in a pseudo-valve wye at my concentrator to aid with my hose management. I setup one to the bedside and one to the living room. I wasn't sure I was getting the correct flow to the living room due to having more hose to that area. This pen allowed me to confirm my flow to both locations. It's just an engineering thing.
