Great Customer Service
This is a replacement for a previously purchased faucet, which I loved. It is no longer available, so the company went over and above to provide me with a new one that meets all my needs. Excellent customer service! PS: Love the new faucet.

What to do if water flow slows down.
I installed 3 of these. The water volume started dropping. You can replace the cartridge which controls the flow but the cartridge was clean. The cartridge wasn't the problem. In addition if you dismantle the cartridge it's kind of a puzzle to put back together. It turns out there is a water restrictor aka choke point in the head. Just like the ones in shower heads only much smaller. It is so tiny that it stops up very easly. You can remove the restrictor but then water flows way to fast. It shoots out over the front of the sink. You will have to adjust your under sink valves to the the flow rate you want. You can improve the situation buy just removing the O-Ring in the flow restrictor.

High Quality Value
The faucet is solid brass, the internal cartridge is ceramic, and the connection hoses are braided metal – so the quality is as good, if not better, than what you would generally find at Home Depot or Lowes at half the cost. After removing the old faucet, I installed the new one in about 10 minutes. I consider the faucet I received a good value when comparing the quality to the cost. There is no regulator so the water comes out fast and loud until you turn the water down using your shut off connection. I recommend turning the faucet on and slowly turning the water on at the shut off connection until you have the pressure you want. The good news is you can have as much water flow as you want.Pros:- Solid Brass Construction- Ceramic Cartridge- Metal Braided Connection Hoses- Comes with Teflon Thread TapeCons:- Generic Instructions- Loud (like a bathtub spigot) at High Water Pressures

Fit and finish are good so far
Fit and finish are good so far. It's been installed for 2 weeks. An o-ring on the bottom of the fixture to the top side of the counter is included to prevent leaks and a silicon rubber gasket on the bottom side is included. It is attached with a large brass nut on the bottom of a brass collar that screws into the fixture base. Stainless steel braided supply lines are also included, tagged blue and red, that fit the brass fittings at the bottom of the fixture then mate to the water supply lines. The two lines had 2 o-rings on each where they mate to the brass tubes at the bottom of the fixture, but I used Teflon pipe tape to seal the connections. The kit came with pipe tape but it was useless. The Chinese tape at Home Depot was 10 times better. Threw it away. The vendor could have saved 3 cents leaving it out. The brass fittings inside the fixture are pretty rough on the exterior but the included lines sealed well. There's no sides on the internal fittings to help with torque so you have to be gentle when installing the lines. the soldering of the fittings to the brass tubes going up to the valve are not the best and may fracture if too much lateral torque is applied. The aerator screen had a wire sticking out into the mouth of the spout so that was not good. Used it anyway because I was on a dead line. The Quality Assurance process of the manufacturer needs improvement. Overall it was a good effort for a second or third tier manufacturer and the price at $65 was the big draw. For 65 bucks the faucet is acceptable. But It doesn't compare to a Delta that cost me $350.

It's Perfect!
Goes great with my new vessel sink. I originally bought another waterfall faucet from a hardware store and didn't realize I needed a tall one because we had a vessel sink rather than one that sunk into the countertop. So I returned that one to the store, got my $100 back, and tried to find a taller sink for a comparable amount of money. I couldn't find any in any physical hardware store I went into. I found this one on Amazon immediately. It was almost $40 cheaper than the one I returned, it was the perfect size to fit the vessel sink, and it was the exact finish I wanted to match all the hardware in my renovated bathroom. The delivery came the next day (and during Christmas season too, which was a surprise), we had it installed the day after, and I've been happy ever since. It's EXACTLY what I wanted!

LOVE this faucet!!!
This faucet is truly awesome!!! It goes so beautifully with my new copper sink - they're a perfect match. The faucet is large and heavy and works so smoothly. It;s true what others have said - if you turn it on full the water does come out quite fast and will splash, but because the flow is so good there is no need to turn it on all the way. And it makes such a beautiful addition to my antique Renaissance Revival Cottage Dresser that I converted to my bathroom vanity! Really enhances the antique look of my bathroom. I could easily see this being used as a contrasting faucet in a contemporary bathroom also - it's just that gorgeous! Highly recommend to anyone looking for that "something different" for their bathroom.

Update, replacement leaked, too! Do not buy.
We initially loved it. We bought two, and after 2 years we got a leak. One of the faucets brass cold water line, that runs thru the neck of the faucet, tarnished and a small crack developed. Thankfully, we were home before significant water damage. Not sure what to do, we either buy another one and hope it doesn't do the same thing, our we have to buy 2 more different faucets so they match. It is a shame because they are really nice looking, but a faucet should last a lot longer then 2 years.Update. Ordered another one in hopes it would work. It doesn't. It looks like they changed the lines, where we had our first leak, but the replacement is leaking out the top. Unbelievable. So, now we have bought 3 of these, one works but we will have to replace it so we can have matching faucets. I am out the $ for 3 faucets and now I will also be buying 2 new faucets, not from this company, though.
