I had one of these pictures before and it got broke in moving. I live off grid and use a lot of bottled water. I decided to look for this pitcher on Amazon. I tried water on ugh to outta my spring fed creek and it has that same wonderful taste as if I filtered tap water. The kids love it too. Thanks alexapure for continuing to produce this pitcher! I recommend this and the countertop water filter system. The filters last a long time.

This is a great product. The family is so glad we bought it. It was easy to set up and start getting clean water from. First thing we noticed is what water REALLY should taste like (without taste) compared to our regular tap water. Pure and crisp. We like how fast the water filters through the double filters. It takes just a couple of moments to refill after each use. It is easy to fill too since you never take the lid off of the pitcher. Just let the tap water run onto a little cap on the top that opens when water touches it. That's pretty simple. Same for when you pour the purified water out of the pitcher with a little flap that opens when pouring.There were instructions included on how to prime the two filters. Make sure you do this for a couple of moments to get the water flowing quickly through the filters.Now we have cold water free of all of whatever contaminants we had coming out of our faucet at any time! Based on this experience, I would purchase this product or others from Alexapure again.

This pitcher filtering system really works for me. Tap water upsets my stomach. Some pitchers do so or give me a headache. This AlexaPure is the first pitcher that I can drink the water freely without any side effects. I am most grateful for it. It tastes good too.

I always have to wash and scrub my drinking water bottles. Always a smell and foam substance. With Britta and even bottled water. Not with this. Clean, non smelling and no film.Only thing that needs improvement is the spout. Please come up with a better pouring solution. It spills over before getting into whatever your pouring into.

Idk what people are having a problem with this pitcher mechanically. It is easy to use and water tastes good. I just got it so not sure how long the filters will last but the manual says replace every 2 months or 80 gallons so seems like this may get pretty expensive as I will use it 4 days a week at the office.I have a 5 stage RO filter at home that is great, water tastes better than this pitcher because of the coconut shell 5th filter but I got tired of packing water to take to work.

Although the Alexapure does a stellar job filtering water with its double filters, the mechanics of the pitcher need a major overhaul. You cannot see how much water you are putting through the fill hole which renders the hole useless. You have to remove the lid completely anyway before filling. Then there is the major issue of the lid falling off when you go to pour out the water! When water was at the very bottom, both the lid and the filters fell out!! :(I gave this product a three star due to the major mechanical problems, but I would give its filtering ability a five star. The water tastes much cleaner than it did with our single filter, less expensive brand filtering pitchers. We will continue to use our Alexapure for its filtering ability, knowing we need to remove or hold onto the lid, though, before pouring. Hopefully the manufacturer reads this and redesigns a much better lid in the future.

The pitcher leaks, and the replacement filters were the wrongones.

The water tastes really good. But it's very pricy to have it shipped to Canada, so now I have the jug but cannot afford to replace the filters. Bad investment.

Water tastes great. The filters are easy to prime and doesn’t take too long to fill up. The water that is filtered is so clear and tasteless.

Love it. Easy to use and great to know you're doing something good for yourself.
