HexClad 7 Qt Hybrid Nonstick Sauté Pan with Lid, Chicken Fryer

Wish I could give it more stars! It cooks meat more crispy than my pampered chef pan. It’s great for starting a meal on the stovetop then transferring it to the oven in the same pan. Super easy to clean too. The food just slides off. I’m super impressed. As soon as my 12 inch and 10 inch pans need to be replaced I will buy the same brand. According to directions it can be washed in the dishwasher, but I haven’t tried that. It’s bulky, so it takes a lot of room, however washing it is so easy, because NOTHING sticks! I believe it will last much longer than my other pans, so it will be less expensive in the long run.

Well, all I can say is it’s true. It is a nonstick pan. It works fantastic cleanup is a breeze. It’s quality it’s durable. I’ve only used it twice but both times I’ve been very satisfied with its performance and I would highly recommend it. Yes, it’s expensive but it’s better to buy a quality pan than to keep buying cheap junk and having to throw it away because in the long one you’re gonna wind up spending as much money as you would spend on this in my opinion, it was well worth the price

I had a Wok for many years and found it difficult to clean. I replaced it with this deep sauté pan and will never go back. On a lower heat, it sears meat, sautés veg and steams food with sauces all with minimum oil. Very healthy and easy to cook and clean.

Love this pan. It heats evenly for great cooking results. I use this pan almost daily and it holds up to all the cooking and washing. It cleans very easily as well. Well worth the investment for my needs.

This pan is amazing!! Even cooking, even though it is bigger than my electric stove burner. Nothing sticks! Easy to clean....even with fried potatoes....which I have NEVER experienced before. The cousinart cookware set I have had to have a much higher heat (med to med-high) to cook than this Cookware, which I haven't had to go over a med-low heat!!

Watching a lot of cooking shows and videos, I am very familiar with HexClad cookware. I never really considered buying any until I got an induction stove and needed to replace my non-stick frying pans. I easily found relatively inexpensive 10 and 12" pans that worked well (Circulon), but could not find a good induction compatible 14" frying pan. So I got this 10 qt saute pan instead since it has such a large cook surface and works perfectly on my largest stove eye. Although it is less than 14" diameter, it has a larger cooking surface than a frying pan of that diameter since the sides are straight up. It has turned out amazing. Fries like a non-stick pan (granted I always use oil on them), and holds a great deal. In the first week, we used it as a fry pan to make a large breakfast, a wok to make a stir-fry, a pot to make a stew, and a deep fryer for a large batch of okra.

I cannot stress this enough--these pans are worth EVERY. PENNY. This will sound like I've been paid for this review, but truly I'm just super excited about these pans. I have spent years cursing at my supposedly non-stick pans and can't tell you how many I have simply thrown away. Tired of my culinary efforts being constantly challenged or just straight-up ruined because of sub-par pans, I finally bit the bullet and bought my first HexClad. It comes in packaging that lives up to the fact that these pans are very expensive and with clear and simple instructions for how to season your pan prior to cooking in it. Each time I use the pan, it becomes more and more seasoned and even easier to cook in, but honestly it's a dream right from the first time. Follow the instructions for heat levels, and you're good to go. It's a breeze to clean, too. Even my husband agrees that soaking isn't required, and he usually feels like he needs to soak everything before actually cleaning it. I use this pan so much that it hardly ever needs to be put away. Seriously, if you cook often, and want to elevate your efforts, invest in these pans. You will not regret it.

Purchased this as a gift for my daughter. Love the design and quality of the product. Having already owned HexClad products, I know this pan will heat evenly, be easy to clean, and last her a very, very long time.

Yeah It's true

Lots of reviews on this pan - some good some not so good - my experience is very good. Beautiful finish - pan is expensive but I can confirm it also looks expensive. Easy to follow "seasoning" process to go through and then I cooked scrambled eggs - everything I was advised would be experienced was experienced - I could cook with lower heat and there was no sticking and finally after it had cooled I washed it very easily and it came up looking like new - so I bought 2 more and got rid of all my other non stick pans . So I fall in the camp of liking the pan very much - there are other lower cost alternatives and they may also be good , but I tend to buy once , spend the money and look for high quality - it usually works and in this case I am sure it will work well.

Best pan , equal heats ,very easy to clean, Dave you money in long run

Honestly, one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. The pan is a bit heavy so that takes some getting used too. Other than that; the food just glides as if it were silk. And it’s super easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Yes please !
