It drinks a little more like a functional, utilitarian supplement than a tasty treat. Overall, I'm giving it a solid rating because the value and nutritional density are fantastic, even if the flavor is just middle-of-the-road. Satiety Score: I noticed it keeps the hunger pangs at bay for a good amount of time. Ideal for those trying to manage their diet or looking for a fulfilling snack. The Few Stumbles: Sweetness Surge: Depending on your palate, you might find it a tad on the sweeter side. Took me a couple of bottles to get used to it.

Good product. But we found out we are allergic to cows milk proteins. So, bummer. We switched to goat milk.

Overall 5 stars. Only 4 for flavor, but as an Atkins dieter I add 2 to 4 oz. of half & half for a meal replacement anyway (along with vitamins), for flavor and extra fat content. 5 for contents: not only 32g protein (none from soy) but 5g dietary fiber too, which is good for us low carb folks. I don't mind the inner foil wrap, if that's a cheaper security element than others if it helps keep the price down. I'll probably buy more in the future.

I am post bariatric surgery on a strict high protein diet. I bought these because they were very high in protein. That part is great the part that's not so great is the flavor. It has that chemical aftertaste
