No it would most likely be too wide to sit the cup into with a lid unless the condiment cups are narrow

do chocolate covered oreos fit ?

Absolutely. Its wide enough for those cookies to fit. I used the boxes to package a tube of lotion whose cap was 1.5" in diameter and I had lots of room left on the sides that I had to secure the tube so it would stay in place. Have fun. These are really great plastic boxes.

could you fit 3 golf balls?

yes, although these are a bit wider than a golf ball so the balls will not be stacked neatly if you plan on standing the boxes upright.
