Terrible Input Quality, Zero Customer Support, NOT Garageband compatible
I order thousands of items from Amazon and almost never write a negative review, but this is a blatant exception. What a disaster! After spending hundreds of dollars on this thing, I got it and plugged it in to my Mac to use with Garageband, and while it was immediately recognized, the input from the microphone through the DUO, as well as the inputs from my electric and electric/acoustic guitars, could only be heard by turning the track EQ up to the very highest setting, and even then I have to turn down all my other tracks to their lowest volume to have any kind of parity between tracks. I then tried it through my Macbook Air. Exact same result. I tried messing with all the knobs and buttons, switching the inputs, same result. The input quality is TERRIBLE.So, I then tried to contact their customer service. I went through their support website, opened a ticket which the said would be answered 24-48 hours. Three days later, no response. I contacted Amazon, they spent 2 days trying to get me in touch with IK Multimedia. I finally, now a week later, got an email from IK saying their recommendation is that I should use a different DAW! Like WTF! If this is not compatible with Garageband, say it in the product description!Do not waste your money (and time) on this product!

Can’t wait for my son to make some music on this
This is a gift for my son for Christmas so it’s hard to give a review right now as it hasn’t been opened. But I’m excited to give it to him!!!

I am very pleased with this product. It is worth every penny. It is basically a portable recording studio and totally worth it for the price.

Great
Great products and a great arrangement of a bundle. Very handy for recording and jamming with Friends. Although I thought that the apps would be of better use. Maybe I haven’t spent the time trying to learn how to use them.
