Added just the right amount of flavor to the pistachio bunt cake.

Unusable
This tasted so bad I considered calling a poison control center. It emitted an overwhelming smell of diesel, which permeated what i had added it to (sparingly!) to such a shocking capacity that I had to consider it a total loss. To say nothing of the flavor. We took a small, adventurous bite, and what we were met with was indescribable. I think chugging 100% acetone would have tasted better. I used to buy these people's flavoring oils in the 90s and they were excellent. I guess things have gone downhill since then. Never again.

This price I’ve seen for any pistachio flavoring! Descent is realistic, and the flavor is quite pistachio forward, but does have a hint of what seems like almond underneath. I’m getting four stars instead of five due to a plastic bottle, as glass would have been preferred. Still a great buy!

Elegant & Delicate Flavour
The extract has a lovely perfumed flavor and odor. Be very careful with how much you add to your baking/coffee/sugar syrups, etc, as it is very potent. Just a little bit is needed to add a beautiful touch to a pistachio based dessert or coffee. This might not be for everyone-- it doesn't taste of pistachio, but it compliments and elevates a pistachio dish very nicely.

Do not waste your money and food
If there was a zero rating I would give it, do not waste your money.. it is not even pistachio it smells and tastes like medicine not related to pistachio for 1 percent. I tossed two litres of milk and a pack of real pistachio nuts because of this thing.. not worth taking the space in the cabinet I threw it out
