I was printing shipping labels ... became expensive and annoying ... had to tape the label or purchase label protectors. Decided to bite the bullet and purchase this label maker... best decision ever!! It has a low profile and has been working excellent. It was easy to set up and connect to my phone via Bluetooth. One thing, and it's possibly something in settings or with my phone- if I haven't used the label maker for a day and I need to print a label... it does not auto connect to Bluetooth. It keeps searching for the printer. However, all I do is switch the printer off and back on and voila... it appears and I connect the printer to my phone. It's simple and quick, which is probably why I haven't looked at my settings to see if there is something that keeps it connected. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the labels it prints, the minimal profile, the clean look... and the price.

I purchased this because I was tired of taking my shipped items to the Post Office. It wasn't the lines, but the drive. It was a drag on my time. This item is relatively inexpensive and does the job well. The app is easy to use and very intuitive. I had no problems at all. Loading the paper is very easy. From plugging it in, loading the paper, starting the app, and printing the label, I can have the whole process finished in about two minutes. A co-worker saw my using it and asked where I got it, because h e was also thinking of getting one. I highly recommended this product to him. You should get one, even if you don't think you'll use it much. It's great just to keep on hand.

I love this label printer. I was worried about the extra time it might take to go through the app, but I was able to print directly from Etsy (with the USB cord) and I didn't have to mess with any printer settings. All of the labels I have printed so far have scanned at the post office. I was a bit worried about them not scanning, as the print quality isn't perfect and there are sometimes little parts of lines missing, but so far it hasn't been an issue! I haven't used any other label printers before, so I can't compare this to any other ones, but this has been an amazing and simple to use starter label printer for my small business. Definitely saves me time by not having to cut out each shipping label and will save me money over time since I don't have to buy ink.

The printer is easy to use and quick however the order did NOT include paper.

This is a must have for anyone who ships multiple packages like I do. Very easy to set up. You have a choice between using Bluetooth on phone or through computer. I easily set this up on my desktop. It required a quick download of software and a reboot and I was able to print out my lables easily and effortlessly. I had no trouble printing out lables through pirateship. I had to change a few settings on ebay to get it to print without the eBay receipt but as soon as I made the necessary adjustments was able to easily print out through eBay as well. Easy to use. Very small surface area so it's great if you only have a small work area. Prints out very crisp and clear, no running or smearing and overall great product. I am very happy with this purchase and ease of using
