Tramontina Paring Knife 3" Stainless Steel Display, Redwood

These are very good little paring knives. I bought 4 of these about twenty years ago and was looking to replace and add because these little knives are easy to use and handle and they are a good price

Handy size, very sharp, well made. All stainless steel hardware, but my old original one had brass rivets in handle, but same design and feel. So much nicer than other styles to hold and use

Great knife

Handle is a little hard to hold. However, the knife is very usable and sharp. The price reflects the country of orgin. Better than China by far.

Great value for the price. Very sharp, and easy to sharpen , ie, reasonably soft steel. No rusting yet.

Given all the stellar reviews, I am probably in the minority here, but I simply don't like super sharp knives.

The knife is very solid, sits well in hand and looks cute. Too early to say how long it would hold the sharpness, as we only use it a few weeks, but so far, it's holding on and it's being used quite a bit.

the best knife ever!

Very disappointed with this purchase. It is very dull! More like a cheap $3 knife. Very overvalued. Do not buy.
