OK everyone...LISTEN UP! Are you tired all the time? Addicted to facebook? Constipated? Does your dog avoid you? Your husband? Can't get the energy up to cook anything because of brain fog? But, on the off chance that someone out there can relate to any of this, then let me tell you how MaryRuth Organics vitamins AND minerals have probably saved my life. I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 30 years, and now I'm sleeping all through the night. That right there makes the products worth their weight in gold. My appetite was all over the map, yet I lacked the energy to even prepare a single meal for the last 3 years. That's leveling out, WAHOO! Each day I feel a little better a little more energetic and my laundry is all caught up. No more constipation, and my husband notices that I'm in a better mood. I feel nourished and tell everyone who will listen about this product. My roof was ok, so that's not an issue, and we don't have a dog, but, if we did I'm sure I could walk him/her now. What I'm most excited about is that this stuff really works! I can't say it will save your marriage or get your kids to toss out their cell phones and dance in the kitchen while helping you with dishes, but, they'll sure be in a better mood. And for the price? Oh don't even get me started there. This stuff should be sold to the rich and famous for 5 times the cost. .BECAUSE IT WORKS, AND THEY CAN AFFORD THAT HIGH PRICED GARBAGE THAT DOESN'T WORK.Now, like I said, it's probably just me, but I'm right a good portion of the time when it comes to whether or not something makes me feel good, and this stuff does and more. If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. But, if this is my one and only chance to sing the praises of this fantastic product, then pop over to their web site. I went on and on over there too, just in case there remains a shred of doubt about whether or not you should buy this. Do it...do IT...DO IT!!! Your brain fog will clear up or at least I hope it will. Mine has.

I have been using this liquid multivitamin every morning and it truly gives me a ton of steady energy throughout the day. I appreciate that it has methylated vitamins, which makes it safe and effective for people like me with the MTHFR gene mutation. The liquid form is easy to take, tastes pleasant, and absorbs faster than traditional pills. The taste is delicious. I feel healthier overall and will continue to repurchase because it is one of the only vitamins that has made a real difference for me.

I love the taste! but I was always that strange kid who loved the chewable vitamins, so no surprise there. The taste is very similar and quite pleasant, and the texture of the liquid is thick but smooth. Within just a few days I noticed a bit more energy and that I wasn't compelled to take a power nap after lunch - a big win since I'm so busy. The quality of MaryRuth's liquid vitamins is superior to tablets or capsules because the effects are fast and I don't have to choke down a fat pill.The only drawback was the slight discomfort, like indigestion, within about 10 minutes after taking it. I was doing a full dose after breakfast so I just split it into a breakfast then a lunch dose and the discomfort went away. Still 5 stars because it's a great product that has enhanced my nutrition.

I’m always skeptical of supplement reviews when people sing its praises but this one works so well! I’ve really noticed a difference in my mood and energy levels since starting these about two weeks ago. Definitely provides an added boost to my day! The taste isn’t great, but with a serving size of only two tablespoons it’s manageable.

I just started taking this vitamin supplement. It was recommended by my dermatologist. It’s a large bottle expected to last 30 days. It is a liquid multi-vitamin supplement The taste is not bad at all to my surprise, and is very easy to take! It would be nice if I could continue this and eliminate other vitamins that I have been taking. I believe the percentages of RDA are higher than most other. I knew the brand “Mary Ruth’s” was a quality brand. I was glad to hear this recommendation. We’ll see if I notice a difference.

This is my first time using a liquid vitamin and it didn’t damage not disappoint. Initially the taste was weird but you totally get used to it and realize it doesn’t taste that bad. I take it first thing in the morning and I found it gives me lots of energy throughout the day. I’ve order this 3 times now and will continue to order it going forward.

Above was my honest review about their multivitamin and I received a message from different representatives looking to see how they can help. I really value a company that first and foremost doesn't flag my review because it is not up to their standards. They contacted me and really asked me for my honest opinion about what may have went wrong and how they can do better. I really value leaving reviews in general and it's awesome to see a company that values their brand and customers.
