The salt blocks arrived broken, with damaged packaging left exposed to heavy rain on the street. Additionally, the order was incomplete, with parts arriving on different days, necessitating me to wait at home each day. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

Good Product and works well with our Kinetico Water softner

Ordered the block salt for my water softener as pack of three. The bags arrived in a single sealed cardboard box(undamaged) , but the packaging inside when opened looked to have been all sliced open with a box cutter, and the salt blocks all broken in pieces. It'll do the job , but will require me balancing and adding pieces through out the month. I've ordered other brands before , they do come occasionally cracked , but never smashed. Will go back to the other brands.

I ordered the 9 pack of salt and 8 out of the pack arrive with the packages open and the salt broken up. Very very subpar product. I will not be buying again.

This salt was just what I needed and at a good price and the delivery was first class

States Fragile on box, but items can be broken inside. Uncertain at which point the breaks happen. It is frustrating as some of the product was smashed which makes it a bit messy. This is a recent occurrence but I may try ordering from a different company next time. Other than that, the product does the job.

Well packed but broken when arrived

Strong package, delivery on time
