Have used these retainers for years. They stay on the earpiece and are large enough to accommodate an earpiece with a large end. It is also long enough to hang the sunglasses well below the chin. It is also soft enough and flexible enough to be stored in with the sunglasses. Of all the retainers I have used over the years, this one is my go to retainer

Chums has a great reputation for outdoor activities. These are well matched for sunglasses but not so much for lightweight reading glasses. Their size and construction bode well for outdoor activities but their relatively large size is a bit much for regular glasses. Finding a good set of reading glass retainers continues to be a project for me.
