Get this if you have this stroller
Get this if you have this stroller, fits perfectly and protects your stroller from bugs and dirt not just water. I have left my old steoller under the porch and even a cat got on it so I wasn't going to make the same mistake with this one. Love this cover, have had it for 2 years and its been a really great.

Great cover, but difficult to fit over Car Seat
I bought a generic rain cover for our first, single stroller and it never fit quite right. This one fits the Ultralight perfectly, has velcro tabs on the corners to tack it down for rainy weather and kicking feet, and is made with a supple plastic that folds easily even in cold weather. There's a slit in the front that allows you to pass snacks through without letting rain through, and the back opens up so your toddler can get in and out (you'll have to lift the whole thing up to get the front child out, however). Totally worth it, if you want to use your Ultralight in the rain! And with two kids, we know you don't have extra time to fiddle with a rain cover. The one downside is that this rain cover doesn't quite fit over our Graco Snugride car seat when it's on the adapter. I got it to mostly cover the car seat with a good bit of wiggling and adjusting the car seat handle just so, but I wished this had just a little more wiggle room in the front. Now that we're no longer using the car seat with this stroller, the size of the rain cover is just right.

did the job
i needed it so i had no choice my daughter who’s the bigger kid hates it because it restricts her from standing and make the ride a bit uncomfortable for her it had a really nasty smell for like a week it’s on the high end pricing but it’s joovy so i guess it covers the stroller but seems a it tight it’s hard to fold up but it fits under the stroller

Saved our stuff in Orlando. Worked very Well.
We were in Orlando in August, which means basically rain every day for a brief period of time. Thankfully you could see it, or feel it, coming so we had time to get the cover out, put it on the stroller and then get our items that couldn't get wet (which on occasion included two of our kids) under the cover on the stroller. It goes on quickly, which is good, and the velcro works adequately.Could it be better in some areas? Sure. But then they'd sell it for $79 and we all be angry if it ever tore and had to be replaced. I'm okay with the few compromises in the minimalist design. After taking it off I was able to lay it flat and figure out how to fold it up to get back in the box. Maybe it's the years of camping, haha. It isn't the best for that, it's a strangely cumbersome layout, but once I figured it out, it was repeatable. Basically, find the peak of the hood and lay it flat on itself with the top to the ground, then it folds up nicely.I would recommend anyone with the Caboose Ultralight to get this. It's much better than just an umbrella.

Not a "flexible" item
I LOVE my stroller. I'm THANKFUL that I have this raincover. To people trying to decide whether to buy this raincover...if you have a joovy caboose ulralight or ultralight too and you do things outside even when it's drizzly or chilly, then yes get it b/c I haven't heard of any better options. To JOOVY: This product could be so much better and more "flexible" for the many different ways we parents use our stroller. It's truly absurd that there's no way to cover the handle bars. Did I purchase this knowing full well that the cover would not protect the handle bar...yes...do I like that aspect...NO! It's horrible. I always hang my diaper bag from the bars and have other stuff..(toys, shopping purchases, or kids feet in the bottom storage compartment)--a better design might include more space at the back with some velcro adjustments. Additionally, I wanted to use this on a trip to D.C. (which I did). I had my 4 month old in a car seat using the car seat adapter, but there was no way in the world this can accomodate that car seat adapter. Again, I knew this was a problem going in. I turned the car seat side to side and propped it behind the front seat. The car seat sticks out awkwardly and wasn't particularly safe, but by doing this I was able to get the raincover most of the way around both of my kids. Joovy needs to create a way to either make this product more adjustable, or offer a rain cover than can encompass the infant carriers. I keep my kids in car seats until their 9-10 months old, so that they can sleep while we're on the go--I need that flexibility rain or shine, and I'm sure other moms and dads would agree.(joovy if you're paying attention, contact me and I can email you a drawing of my superior design for a minor fee).

Just what we needed
Works perfectly with the stroller when it rains. Able to cover the entire stroller. Very durable and you can tell by the material they used. Easy to install and good value for your money. Just remember when not in use it does gets bulky and takes up space in your bottom storage compartment. That’s probably the only small draw back with this product but rather have this small issue than light material that will break apart over time. I do highly recommend this product.

Great cover for Joovy Caboose ultralight.
Fits perfectly on the Joovy caboose ultralight. Very good quality, and is extremely functional on keeping both seating areas dry.

Works as advertised but seams coming apart after a weekend of use
We took the family to Walt Disney World and thought, just in case, let's grab this cover. Glad we did. We needed it. It kept the stroller (joovy caboose which it fit perfectly) and the children safe and dry for 2 days of fairly heavy use. Upon unpacking back home, however, I found one of the edges had torn from the plastic already. A little disappointing in this respect. For light, infrequent use I'd recommend it, but I hesitate to say this will last for years of repeated use.
