I have taken this product for about 2months and it helps my blood pressure and muscle pain. my rheumatologist recommended to take Coq10 400mg and CNC was the cheapest when I wrote this review. My muscles don't hurt anymore like they use to and the doctor cut back on my BP med. So if anyone else can get the effect I did, I recommend at least try it!
