Evol Chicken Enchilada Bake Single Serve Meal, 9 Ounce -- 8 per case.

I didn't like this meal at all. It had about 4 small pieces of rubbery chicken in it, some corn on top of 1 tortilla. There was only a small amount of beans and rice underneath. Only positive is they didn't skimp on the cheese. The small bowl was maybe half full, but that's probably me being generous. It had some flavor, but it wasn't much. My biggest problem with it is that these meals are never cheap, and there was barely any food in it. I was so disappointed when I saw it, because that was going to be my only food for the next 6 hours. I used to buy a lot of Evol products, but especially the gluten free macaroni and cheese. I haven't seen those in the grocery for a long time, so I haven't been able to buy them, but I don't remember having this problem with them 6 years ago.

I loved this! I added a little salsa for heat and it was a perfect lunch!
