Can the 60 amp model handle a 2HP capacitor start induction motor with a 15 amp draw, 220 volt?

Depends on the type of motor and the load attached to the motor.  A heavy load will likely extend the time it takes the motor to accelerate, meaning the current pull will be higher and last longer,  You can test it, but I think I would put a slow-blow fuse in-line with the load for the test.

Schematic diagram shown indicates 80-280 vac control input.  is the input control 2-32v dc as in description or ac?

This device is like a light switch.  The 24-380 VAC (usually 110 VAC) is the power that goes to the light bulb that is controlled by the physical switch that you flip with your finger.  In this case, however, the physical switch is replaced by a voltage control, the 3 to 32 VDC input.  If you were to put a 9V battery across this input, the device will close the switch allowing the 110VAC power to turn the light on.  When you remove the battery the power will be switched off and the light will go off.  Your question makes me a little nervous that maybe you should ask for some help.

Here is an example connection if you were using this SSR to control a light bulb.
(Make sure power is OFF before doing any of this or you might be shocked at the results.)

1.  Connect a wire from AC power source to Pin 1.  This would be the hot or black wire for 110V house wiring.
2.  Connect a wire from Pin 2 to the light bulb (or load).
3.  Connect a wire from the other terminal of the light bulb to the 110V return. (white wire in house wiring)
4.  Connect Pin 3 to the positive control voltage that is somewhere between 3 and 32 VDC when you want the light on and 0V when you want the light off.
5.  Connect Pin 4 to the ground terminal of the 3 to 32 VDC source.

I hope this helps.  I recommend having someone knowledgeable look at your wiring before you turn it on.

The relay performs the function of switching AC voltage, just like the relays with contacts but without physical metal contacts.  So you have AC voltage between24V and 380V coming in on one terminal but the voltage only comes out on the 2nd terminal if the solid state switch is closed.  The switch closes when a DC voltage between 3 and 32 V is applied to the control terminals.  If you don't understand this concept, don't use it as it will be dangerous for you.
