Alla calzata è comoda. Fascia molto bene e rispetto alla mia precedente ginocchiera, che è comunque una buona ginocchiera è più alta/lunga e quindi più ferma. Nel mio caso, che sono longilineo e alto 185 cm, calzo una misura media. Non posso dire nulla a proposito della sua resistenza all'usura e ai lavaggi, occorre tenere conto che ne faccio un utilizzo per beach volley e la devo lavare in acqua tiepida per ogni utilizzo. Starò a vedere, per adesso tutto bene

In my mid-50s, I'm still training jiu jitsu and muay Thai, which persistently causes swelling in my surgically repaired left knee (40% meniscus tear nine years ago). My knee is holding up fine, but it gets sore. I've now blown cash on nine different knee sleeves on Amazon, and the Bauerfeind is far and beyond the best. The cheaper ones, $15-$25 for a pair, are worthless IMHO: they are little more than a sock pulled over my knee. Of the $40-$65 variety, they generally provide decent knee support, although they tend to be 1) bulkier, and not ideal for training, playing sports, etc.; or 2) odd or less than ideal fit; or 3) both. The Bauerfeind is slightly bulkier than the ~$20 knee socks, but the fit is snug without being constricting, and it provides better support than anything else I've tried. Worth noting, too, jiu jitsu puts a lot more stress on a knee sleeve than, say, playing basketball or soccer (e.g., wrestling level changes, knee slice, scrambles, etc.). Personally, I don't find a very noticeable difference between this older version and the newer Bauerfeind; they are both excellent, durable, and easy to wash, so go with the color/pattern you prefer.
