I bought this as an activity to do with my 8 yr old granddaughter. Instructions were easy to follow and it was a fun activity.

Becka's Bakery is the 2nd one of these that I've put together. They used to have a Detective Agency one as well, but I don't see that listed anymore. The Detective Agency was a pretty big pain in the butt, and almost deterred me from doing any more of these.I'm glad I didn't stop though, because I had a much better experience with Becka's Bakery. Not only is it adorable, the paper cutouts that needed folding were perforated which was super helpful. Also there wasn't a whole lot of glue required, which I appreciate. All of the pieces snapped together pretty snugly which was nice. The wiring of this one was a lot easier than the Detective Agency also. I really enjoyed putting this one together. I have Cathy's Greenhouse, so I'll be doing that one next.

After three weeks of steady work-shaky hands, glue frustrations, and setting up the tiny light-I finally completed this cozy kitchen set, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the result. All the pieces arrived intact with nothing missing, which made the assembly smoother than expected. The beginning was tricky, especially for a newbie like me, but it got easier as I progressed.The set is incredibly detailed and feels so lively and homey. I customized it by swapping most paper elements for fabric, added a few books, and made sure to fill the tiny glass cup with “milk.” I even modified the stairs into a two-step design for extra realism. My only wish is that it included a fridge-no kitchen feels complete without one, though I understand space is limited. Some paper items like the knife, spatulas, and skateboard felt fragile, so I replaced those too.I also bought the display case bundle to protect my work from dust, and it fits perfectly. I glued everything down firmly, so even in an earthquake or hurricane, it should stay intact. I got this for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas and she loved it! I was a little bit worried about it based on some of the reviews saying that it was very difficult and tedious, but with the help of her 10 year old brother, they completed it in about 5 days! This is a perfect beginner project (in my opinion). Everything seemed to be pretty straightforward, and easy to assemble. The only thing that I would suggest is that you may want to use some glue if you are having trouble with the double sided tape that they supplied in the package. My daughter used all of the tape provided and everything seemed to be pretty well secure! The small details of this greenhouse are pretty adorable and we will definitely be looking to purchase another one!

My adult daughter wanted this for Christmas. She has moved on from adult coloring books/pencils. I was a little skeptical but I recently did a paint by number so who am I to judge?I visited her yesterday. She immediately showed me what parts she had finished and told me how much she loves the detail, sense of accomplishment and how it slows her down after a long day at work. It is very detailed and intricate and much more creative than a jigsaw puzzle. I hope she does more and puts them together as a spring village decoration. I am surprised that I give it a thumbs up for quality, design and beauty. I think she would highly recommend it. She is 41.

The media could not be loaded. If you want something easy and fast to build this isn't for you. This bakery shop took me 5 hours to finish put together but I had so much fun while doing it. The glue is very sturdy and it includes everything you need to finish it.

This product was so much fun to build, my husband got it for me for Christmas because he knows I love DIY. It took a lot longer than you may think though each flower is individually built or cut out so you need to dedicate a lot of time to this. Make sure you pay attention to the direction of the wood planks, I messed up the floor and didn’t realize until wayyy too late so had to completely change up the floor.
