The directions are clear and the kit is easy to install. Controls are a little confusing at first, but I worked it out. I like the way it lights up all the great interior details.

I love how detailed the advanced Lego kits are, all the little things that are happening in the interiors but once you're done its hard to see all the work but the Lightailing kits change all of that. The lighting adds a fantastic dimension to the finish build, they really come alive! This is my third lightailing kit and I find it to be as good as any of the others. I think it would be worth trying to install the lights in the building process rather than going back to retrofit them when you're done, that's something I will try next time. Admittedly the wires are really, really, thin; they have to be to fit properly but they still feel very fragile so be careful.
