The reel sucks
I bought this combo after a lot of research and reviews and it wasy first expensive combo. The rod in itself is very sturdy and durable, caught a 6.5 kg catfish and fought with a couple more of similar sizes the rod gave a great show. However the quality is reel is really low and much cheaper combos have better reel. The three stars are just cause of the REEL otherwise the rod works perfect with a Shimano 6000 reel.
