Was a little put out that these are hand wash only but this is such a lovely, sharp, functional set of knives. I’m a bodybuilder that meal preps every single day, has been using these every single day for months now and they’re such a nice addition to my routine. The knives are good. Love the design and they cut really well. But after only having them less than 1 yr they are getting surface rust... the rust is shown in the video
