What size trash bag does this take?

Glad makes small trash bag liners. Nothing is quite small enough but you can roll and tie the ends for a more finished look.

Is the dispenser part stainless steel? I have a similar piece but it gets funky greenish rust bc the dispenser part is not real metal.

I don't know if it's real stainless but as of yet I have no rust problems it's very pretty
