Delicious
Been using this kosho for years and it’s my favorite brand. It’s hard to find the orange version locally although I see the regular yuzu one in the green package around. Makes a delicious marinade, mixed into dressing or a dipping sauce for dumplings. A restaurant I worked at made a yuzu kosho aioli for blistered shishito peppers.

Consuming may cause birth defects
The pictures of this product leave out a very important detail. There is a warning label on the box that says consuming this product will cause birth defects.Of course, it's non returnable because that's how scams work.

Maybe a little too exotic...
I wanted to try this product because it seemed exotic and cool. So it's supposed to be some kind of hot pepper, yuzu peel (a Japanese citrus fruit that is illegal in the US), and salt, and they let the mix ferment. It's a paste that you can add to soups or spread on things like sandwiches. It's not too spicy, but even if you spread the thinnest possible hint of it on a sandwich, it imbues a weird taste that is uncomfortably salty. So, if you like insane amounts of salt and strange flavors, maybe give this a try. But for me, it doesn't work. I tried it about 3 times, and ended up throwing the little bottle away.
