Do these add color to the lips?

Yes, Iron Man gives you blue lips. I would say whatever color the lip balm is, you're probably going to have at least a little color. Hope this helps

Very moisturizing but do they make any with no color?

They don’t put any kind of tint on your lips but if it’s the food dyes that’s an issue I don’t think lip smacker makes any natural lip balms.
