2 years in using these highly recommend.
Can't recommend this journal highly enough. Have gotten another one for the 2nd year and it's given me a short sharp morning practice that has greatly improved my mental clarity, discipline and state of mind.

A mindful moment to start and end the day
I’m enjoying this journal 📔 It can be used on its own, the weekly meditations are taken from The Daily Stoic. Every day there’s a question for a morning and an evening meditation. I like having a moment alone with my thoughts at the begging and end of the day.
