As I am not a Dr. please check with your pediatrician on the pros and cons for your individual situation and needs for your child! My child's pediatrician recommended this for my 9-year-old who struggles to put on weight for his age/growth chart; and since He has been actively drinking them at 2x a day since June to current (July) He has put on 7 pounds. I do wish the cost was friendlier (without having to do a subscription) since these are needs for some children and it does get costly; however, the results have been well worth it. Recommended by my child to drink cold (I am sure its preference of child) and with a straw seems to be easier. Does not have a chalky taste which is nice. Easy to pack on the go as well.

Bought this for my nephew he likes the taste he is 12 but he does not drink it enough to see a difference. I read reviews and that is why I got it hoping he would grow a little. I will continue to buy because I do believe it is a great product.
