Not just the product but their customer service it’s amazing. I was looking for a good looking faucet that didn’t break the bank and this one was just right. Easy to install (if I did it, you could) and getting it to work. After almost a whole year from my purchase, my sensor started to give me some issues, we replaced batteries and the problem continued. At that moment I contacted the factory directly and they were amazing. Not only walked me through what I needed to do to diagnose the issue but once that was done, they sent over the part to replace. Now I’m enjoying again all the features of the faucet and can’t stop thanking Sunny and the entire Gimili team !!!! If you are on the fence if to buy it or not, you should!!

Very pretty! You have to choose whether you're going to use it on automatic or the hand lever. It doesn't let you go back and forth between the two. We just use it manually and it's beautiful. We get a lot of compliments.

After the faucet was installed only a trickle of waster would come out, so I called a plumber who came out and informed me the faucet was installed properly. He went on to state that the cartridge was defective and this brand of faucet is cheaply made and not very sturdy. So now I need to find a cartridge for this off brand faucet or just buy a more reputable band from a reliable retailer

Such a fantastic faucet. The price is amazing for how functional it is. I'm so used to using it that any faucet I approach now, I forget and assume it's touch-less. Install was a breeze but you do need batteries or to plug it in. Both the shower and spray options are great.

The water pressure dropped significantly to a trickle. Changed batteries but issue persists. The product lasted 2 months. Reading other reviews it seems there’s a part failure. I’m writing an edit to my review. I worked w product support team Mr Sunny. We troubleshooted and found that the electronic component that triggers the motion sensor had failed or was failing. This was tremendously lowering the water pressure. Product support sent me replacement parts. In fact the sent me 2 of them. I was able to remove the faulty sensor component with the one they sent. It was easy re-install less than 5 minutes. I did not need to call a plumber Which was a relief. Upgrading the review coz of excellent product support and their persistence to solve the issue.

This faucet is gorgeous. It’s absolutely perfect for my mixed metal home. I wanted a gold mixed metal faucet but all the high end brands were sold out and on back order. So I decided to take a chance and save some $ and get this one. The installation was a bit tricky, the nut on the bottom feels loose when you go to tighten it up to the sink hole. However, after doubling up on the plumbers tape, it works! It’s super sturdy and the motion feature works really well. I’m very happy with this gorgeous product.

The faucet was nice at first and I had no problems besides the touchless sensor not picking up on my hands unless they we right in front of it almost touching. The main problem is that the threads on the part that holds the nozzle pop out of place and it falls apart. All I use to make sure it is tight is my hand. After messaging the company, they quickly sent a replacement faucet that fixed the issue. Great customer service willing to help!

Pretty good faucet for the price. Love the look of it. It’s a great gold color. Only downfall with the touchless feature is you have to kinda sway your hand in front of sensor for it to turn on versus your hand just being present or tapping it. But you’ll pay close to $300-400 for one of those.
