Perfectly flat cake!
Great cake pan and I love how the bottom of the pan pops out! It makes it so much easier to get a cake with a perfectly flat surface, once you flip it.It is also easy to wash.

Size matters
Came just as described. And very quickly Unfortunately it is too large for my airfryer. Now i can't make my cheesecake for one more day. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SIZE.

The sticker residue on the bottom plates is impossible to remove.. Otherwise, these are fine.

Exactly the pan I was looking for
I’ve bought this brand several times before have been very pleased, but I needed a specific pan with the removable bottom to make mini cakes. I actually bought eight of these and they worked perfectly. They are well-made and sturdy.

Awesome Pans!
I’m absolutely loving the new Fat Daddio removable bottom cake pans! I’ve been using them for cheesecakes, so I can’t vouch for regular cake batter. There hasn’t been ANY leaking from the butter in the crust or the cheesecake filling. I also have the 9 and 8 inch removable bottom pans with the same excellent results!
