Important read for anyone dealing with illness
This book probably saved my life! In 1996 I was diagnoses with "100% terminal brain cancer" This book, written by a surgeon explores cases of people who against all odd recover from deadly diseases that are almost always fatal it lead me to do more reading on the mind-body connection and I dedicated myself!f to prayerful meditation and visualization. That was30 years ago and many more books on the subject are available not notably by Larry DosseYy and Deepak Chopra.

Creative Visualization
This is a great tool to help polish your visualization skills. Short chapters, easy lessons, and the best part- they work when you put your heart into it.

Best Creative Meditations Ever!
The most relaxing nightly practice. I love the introduction. I love the visualization exercises and I cannot sleep without my CD. I scratched my copy (which I had for years) and I scoured the internet for the same cd. Iโm so grateful for these spiritual teachings. Have I grown in my spiritual journey ? Yes. Thank you

Great Meditations
This is probably my 10th or more self help book, so Iโm familiar with most of the concepts. There is a lot of spiritual gas lighting in the book. For example, she says hold on to your goals, but be willing to change them. Why be firm in my goals if I need to be willing to change them? In case something better comes along? I feel like thatโs just an excuse of why I canโt achieve my original goals. I get like changing cars or something lightweight. If you go in to a car dealership to buy a used car and you end up buying a new/better car for the same price, amazing. But she gives an example of a man who wanted to be a successful comedian, but settled on becoming a minister and psychotherapist and he loves those jobs better. Thatโs a big jump for my mind to accept that heโs truly happy. That big of a career change seems so limiting to me. Thatโs like dreaming of becoming the president of the US and settling on becoming a staff accountant for the federal government. I donโt know, unless the universe is trying to protect you from the stress of the job, but then why even give him that desire in the first place?Other gaslighting events - she says the universe is trying to bring us our hearts and souls true desires. Why does this mighty universe have to try? It knows how to do it. It can just give us our desires but again this just blames us saying we are not believing enough or we donโt truly desire something thatโs why we donโt have it. She wants us to visualize us doing work we love. I hate working. Iโve been working over 20+ years and Iโm over it. Having to work (exchange time) for money is a limiting and false belief. We should be able to receive money without strain. The good - her meditations. After using her prosperity meditation, Iโve realized the work I love to do is creating a world I love to live in, in my mind. They say our minds create reality so why not?The pink bubble meditation is awesome too. Overall Iโd recommend reading the book just for the meditations. They are simple and easy to complete.

Simple and beautiful
I've known about this book for years, but didn't find the time to just pick it up and read it. I've been struggling with the concept of vision orientation when planning creative projects, or working on goals and such. The science is out there to prove that knowing how to visualize your end results can provide results. However, visualization, much like art, music and fitness can seem daunting and near impossible with out some sort of guidance. Most guidance I found was either too dry and presumptuous or it was way too mystical woo woo (which I'm cool with. Only I just don't think channeling the cosmic energies from the galaxy is what I need to help guide me to learning how to visualize my financial desires) Her balance between the practical earthly living with sweet natured spiritual living is perfect. She addresses many debacles and quandaries that I've run into about my previous attempts. She knows her stuff and it's obvious that she's encountered all sorts of initial nonbelief and anxious struggles before. Many passages I read even gave me intense eye opening moments that had nothing to do with creative visualization. This is a classic, written back in the day. Any other book you might find on the subject will no doubt be inspired from this one. I say, read it and let us all group together to visualize a healed planet and a more loving, creative society

Simply written wisdom
I love meditation and visualization, and so I was already familiar with the ideas and kinds of exercises in this book. However, even if I was starting with no baseline knowledge, this is written in a very accessible way that explains how to use visualizations, when, and why. Shakti does a wonderful job of keeping things simple and easy to understand while being engaging. Definitely recommend!

best book ever to change your life
Visualisation will change your life , your imagination is connected to the collective universal mind of all energy and it work with images not words so any image your can imagine can be manifested into reality as has everything you have around you was once an imagined thought and image before it was created .
