What city in china is cindro direct us based out of?

Not sure but probably one that has a lot of political oppression and a horrible quality of life. I hope that helps.

Will this work for the 2013 bmw xdrive ?

Yes. It works in a 2011 X3 a 2018 X5 and a 2021 X3.

Size of vent width (space) this needs? Does phone shake when driving? Durable? Thank you very much

The space needed is only wide enough for a half inch width slide between the fins of vent to latch on. The device tightens so it does not vibrate. It is as durable as plastic can be but there is not much that disturbs it once attached. I thought great buy!

Has anyone tried this on a kia soul?

This will fit into every and any car vent.
