This mustard is exactly the same mustard that all Chinese restaurants serve. And it is inexpensive too boot! I highly recommend this product!

I bought these because the price seemed like a steal. But these were just kind of gross. When I opened the package there was mustard all over the inside bag. These seemed to be some kind of defective product. The seems were to close to the edge. About a dozen had blown open during shipping. I had to put them in a pasta strainer to wash them. Once I could see the mustard they looked discolored. Worst of all there were no dates on them. They looked 20 years past expiration. Pay twice the price and get something eatable. These went in the garbage.

I keep this stuff on hand for egg rolls. Getting extra packs from a Chinese restaurant is like pulling teeth so I buy my own.

One of our household loves this stuff and puts it on all of the Chinese take-out and on vegetables that I make and serve. (Ok, I got over being offended that my seasoning is not enough for this character.) I finally tried some, after this 100-packet bag arrived. I think it tastes like it has preservatives. I guess I was expecting a wasabi kick, but I just found the taste to be off-putting: It does not taste like mustard and it is not as hot as I expected. HOWEVER, it is JUST what our mustard loving kid expects: it tastes just like the packets from our Chinese restaurant. I will buy more when this runs out. I will never try it again myself. I should give it 5-star for the kid who loves it. But, I find the taste and texture off-putting, so I compromised with a 4 star rating. AND I will buy more when this is gone, even though I like ALL of the other types of Hot Chinese mustard I have found much better. And, as long as I am on a rant... I asked the owner of our take-out place (who is first or second generation Chinese) what she thinks of this Panda mustard and she said she does not use hot mustard on her food. Emphatically, but not unkindly. (I will say that she likes me and always offers me extra, homemade duck sauce - so maybe she loves sweets.)

This spicy mustard is restaurant quality and provides just enough kick to pique your appetite. I use it on a chopped chicken salad wrap.

I always made it a point to get this stuff when ordering Chinese Takeout, but my favorite restaurant hasn't always been including it recently. In any case, I decided to see if I could get it in bulk, and while I'd rather of found it available in a bottle or a jar it's still good stuff!!

As mustard goes it was OK but I was looking for a HOT mustard like what come with the food at a Chinese restaurant.this was no hotter than Golden's spicy brown mustard not the clear your sinuses and make your eyes water like from the Chinese restaurants.
