tastes great, good price compared to the older version i used to take which cost twice as much. i'd like to see a slightly higher protein content and some creatine to save multiple supplement purchases and some B12. I think this is basically the old formula.5.8g fat (3.5 sat) , 5.1g carbs, and 70.2g protein per 100g. contains BCAAs and leucine.i'm slim with high metabolism - wanted fast, lean muscle growth no bulking up. this has worked great for me. I combine it with creatine on work out days, nitrix oxide and no explode pre work out for extra reps

Good protein shake but Bulk powders is much nicer and cheaper

Was great but bought for £19.99 a few months ago, now seems a rip off. £42 for 1.21kg? Come on now.
