Is there a finish on the bamboo or can it be stained?

Has the grain of bamboo. I originally looked for a white product but chose this one because of its duability and versatility (three stands). It look very nice on my white desktop.

Look Great and Versatile

I love this set. I have two monitors that are fed from my laptop. Each one has its own little stand to be on. There is space under the risers for small decorations or office supplies. I use the drawer piece for my laptop and it all fits nicely on my desk.The look of the wood is warm and simple. Assembly was easy and the price was good. The risers are sturdy and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Its great, even for large monitors as you can separate the shelves.

Very easy to assemble, but one of the "posts" that locks the drawer onto the track had snapped in half before I put it together. It was just a small wooden dowel. I ended up not needing it because of the size of my monitors, I just added the extra feet to the stand and moved it to the side. This is expandable to handle wider monitors by just adding feet and moving the shelf to where you need it. Its a nice height and works well for my setup.

Product was damage that is why I returned it the platform itself was sturdy. It would have been ok if it wasn't damaged.

Modular, solid bamboo, and very sturdy

This monitor stand is one of the items I need to realize a standing desk in my office. I haven't built the desk yet, but the center piece with the drawer raised my monitor perfectly on the desk I already have (and hate) and provides extra storage space to the point that I don't completely hate my desk anymore. I'm still going to replace it, but I'm happy with what I have for now.I really love how modular this stand is. It's very thoughtfully crafted to allow you to use as little or as much of the expandable stand as possible. Additionally, it is solid bamboo, not a veneer, which is a must for eco-conscious buyers.
