I’m really glad that I ordered this travel cutlery set for my trip next month to Japan. Chop Sticks and I have never gotten along with them hopelessly crossing each other at the tips and me dropping food more than successfully reaching its intended target. With this elegantly designed set, I can eat without making a spectacle of myself and bringing shame to my hubby for sharing a meal with a klutz. I must say that this is not a lightweight package due to the heavy duty box and sturdy cutlery pieces. I do like the fact that the box is strong and durable which means that it should travel well….although I did also buy the silicone box cover to protect it from scratches and dents. Rather than lugging the cutlery pieces around in the box in my purse while out and about, I think that I will lighten the load and use a zip loc bag instead. As far as function is concerned, the serrated small knife blade worked very well; the tips of the fork tines are a little blunter than I expected but didn’t present any difficulty using the fork; the spoon felt a little strange in my mouth and could have been shaped with a softer edge but again gets the job done. All the pieces screwed together easily with the included silicone sleeve and if tightened sufficiently should keep them securely together. Screwing together by fingers alone is not going to do the trick. And you must not wash the cutlery in your dishwasher…..hand washing only. I anticipate that I will enjoy this cutlery set for years to come and hope that you do as well.

I take this set of cutlery everywhere I go. The pieces are easy to put together and take apart again. Cleaning is a breeze. Several friends have also gotten their own. Very easy to carry and store. I like that it is metal so I don't feel like I am compromising for cheap.

These tiny metal picks can be manipulated into a entite cutlery table setting and chopsticks! I bought them for my16 year old grandson to use on his numerous Scout camp outs and Scout camping trips all over the country. He thinks they'll come in handy and will be fun to use. After witch, a quick wash, repack the tin, and drop them in his pocket!

I’ll be honest. I wouldn’t have bought this at full price… the navy colorway was on super sale. I love the compact size and was pleasantly surprised that there’s a silicon liner inside the tin to pad the utensils. It’s heavier than you’d expect though, so if you’re looking for a super light utensil set, this isn’t the one for you. Hopefully that makes it a bit sturdier as well. I have the GoSun credit-card-sized flatware and got this to have something with longer handles (it’s hard to stir a tall drink with the GoSun.)Also, if you’re at all bothered by the tin rattling as I am, you’re probably going to want to fold up napkins or something and stuff them inside. I found 2 tissues to be the right fit, and then rubber band the tin just to be sure it won’t pop open with the tissues added.

This came in very handy for travel, perfect for picnic or using I hotel room for a snack

These have saved me so much trouble hunting down plastics for lunch at work. I love what they are doing to promote less trash pollution with this.
