I use this mount in my semi truck in a rural part of Canada where potholes and bumps are more common than a smooth road surface. With magnetic phone mounts my phone always ended up falling off but with this mount that is almost impossible. Great purchase!

I drive a 1 ton dually and my trip to work is on a really rough road, this little guy here is amazing it’s rock solid, it’s suction cupped to the windshield like it was super glued. I’ve had a few phone mounts and they always fall down when the road is rough. This one isn’t going to. I have the Rokform mount for my motorcycle and loved it and decided to try this. It’s worth it. Hands down. Super adjustable and it pushes the phone closer to you compared to other I have had which I also like. 4 stars only because I’ve had it for about a week or so. After time i will update.UPDATE: So after almost 3 years of owning this mount I still love it. The rubber suction cup hasn’t deformed at all and still is solid when mounted to a windshield. I now mostly use it for my 4wd when going out and trying to navigate trails or when we’re going on a long distance drive. I fold it up and store it in a bag with other necessities I use for off-roading when not in use. I can only count two times at most that it fell from the windshield and I’m sure one time was because of previous smokers film on the windshield and also I may not have tightened it all the way. I have upgraded phones and bought a Rockform case specifically to re use this windshield mount and I will continue to do so. This is going to be the last mount I plan on buying.
